Shipping and Handling
All stocked photos will be shipped out within 5-7 business days of receipt of your order. Items are shipped via Express Canada Post. If the item is not in stock you will be notified by email as to the status of the next available shipment date (if date is unacceptable you will receive a full refund on your order). We also offer rush shipping. For shipping charges and delivery times on rush orders please email us subject: customer service rush order at ispics@telus.net.

Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. Keep all packing materials and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim.
Delivery Time
Most items will ship within 7 business days from the date your order is placed. In the event you would like to request a rush order on any of the items at istockpics.com, please send us an email at subject: customer service rush order at ispics@telus.net. We will do whatever we can to accommodate your request. Please note there are additional shipping charges on a rush request.
Guarantee/Returns
We carry high quality Prints and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. However, be assured that you are able to return anything except personalized items for any reason. If you need to return items, please send an email to subject: customer service returns at ispics@telus.net within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are in the original packaging. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
Taxes
Istockpics.com only collects tax on orders that are placed and shipped in the Province of British Columbia. All other regions are tax-exempt.
